I would like to apologize for what you thought was a bad experience. Even though we strive to make everyone happy we know that it is impossible. This particular instance, was not the fault of Universal KIA. The financing fell through with the lending institution when they discovered inaccuracies in the information provided by the client. Universal KIA only sets up financing and does not finance in house, and since there were no other lending options due to circumstance, we were forced to take the vehicle back. For people not familiar with Universal KIA, we value our online reputation as you can plainly see from all of the positive reviews that we have received on Dealer Rater (we were the #1 dealer in TN last year) and other online review sites, and hope that you will still choose Universal KIA for your automotive needs.
