I have never had an experience buying a car like this. I had never been in to this dealership and I had never met Billy Bidwell. Both proved to be the best decisions I have made in awhile. My husband & I have been through some hard times financially. I was rear ended in an auto accident a year ago, and the other driver didn't have insurance. My credit suffered a lot because of physical therapy and doctor bills. We have three children. The vehicle I had was in terrible shape, to say the least. It was not really safe to drive. Billy, Tim, & Vince all went beyond and above to get us approved & in a really nice Dodge Avenger. We also hadn't realized that our insurance was already expired. They helped us get insurance on the spot so we could still drive our new car home. They were nice to our children, polite, courteous, and very friendly. We had been several other places and gotten nowhere. I didn't think we were ever going to be able to get a new car. We were truly blessed to have them to help us. More

And i haven't had a single second thought about what i did. We scheduled a time to meet at the dealership using the Website. So simple. I showed up. I had test driven a sorento before by renting one from Enterprise - a great way to test drive great cars by the way. I loved it and months later when I decided I had to part with my 10 year old Saturn, I knew what I wanted to do. So Tracy worked with me to get the Sorento with the most bang for the bucks I could afford -and he was so sweet in the way he let me know I really couldn't afford EVERYTHING i wanted. The sunroof had to go - so sad. but basically, i was able to get everything else. My rearend will be warm this winter with the heated seats and i think the electronics in this car will do everything but make my breakfast! i love my car and the experience I had buying it. Too bad I am the kind of person that holds on to cars for years, because I would like to do it all over again next year! More
