I've been having a/c issues ever since I purchased the vehicle from another Kia dealership (Southside Kia). I have taken it into Kia Orange Park several times and they were never able to properly fix the vehicle from another Kia dealership (Southside Kia). I have taken it into Kia Orange Park several times and they were never able to properly fix the issue. My warranty was almost up so I gave Greenway Kia a try. What a difference! The service department and representative (Q) was excellent. They kept me up to date with the status of everything AND they figured out what the issue was with the a/c. The part has been ordered so once it gets in and installed, hopefully this will solve the problem. Don't bother with Kia Orange Park or Kia Southside (Morgan Automotive). They are nothing but incompetent scam artists. I will never do business with them again. Greenway Kia is my go to dealership now. Thank you! More

Was very excited to see a Kia dealership open up on Phillips Hwy. Can’t say much about the dealership, but the service department needs work. Q took the order and was very professional and courteous. Very difficult to understand and was not able to answer my questions. Took upwards of a week for my questions to be answered. By the time I finally got to speak with the Service Mgr (Tony Knight) I had waited long enough. Appears that he was the only one who could answer my questions. Told him I was going to pick up my vehicle and go elsewhere. Fortunately, he understood my frustration with having to wait so long and cancelled out the work order. Suggest training staff on how to be more knowledgeable on repair projects as well a more professional tone when speaking with customers on the phone. More
