Went in to change only the right side head light. Which I provided myself. They charged me $60 dollars for a 3 minute job. Then after 3 hours Tony calls me back to up charge me $100 more dollars beca Which I provided myself. They charged me $60 dollars for a 3 minute job. Then after 3 hours Tony calls me back to up charge me $100 more dollars because he claims he needs to take the light out a different way. So I was charged $148 to ONE head light. RIP OFF!!!! This was the third time that I had been there for a simple recall. The first time I sat in the waiting room for a hour before they came out told me they had to order the part. I came for the second appointment at 11:00 and the lady told me that they were backed up and it would be a 2-3 hour wait and if I didn’t want to wait that long I should make a earlier appointment so that is what I did. I arrived there at 8:30 . I was told it would take an hour to hour1/2. A guy came in about 10:30 a said they were running behind and they were just getting 9:00 appointments in and he offered to take us home. Although he said that I thought since my appointment was at 8:30 I should be close to getting my car I WAS WRONG at 3:30 I finally left. If you people can’t schedule any better than that then you need to close your service department. I am 55 years old and I have never been tossed aside and forgotten about like I was with your service department More
