My experience with Greenway Kia West was frustrating and left me disappointed in the brand. So much I'm questioning whether to trade my Kia for a different car. I purchased a vehicle less than a month ago. left me disappointed in the brand. So much I'm questioning whether to trade my Kia for a different car. I purchased a vehicle less than a month ago. I brought the vehicle in to check a flat tire. I was then told after waiting for a few hours that nothing was wrong.Even though I pressed them that the tire pressure monitoring system was on. I was told that the only problem was a flat tire. I then got the tire replaced at a another location and the monitor was still on. I had to bring this back to Kia waited now 5 hours and they told me that tire company broke my stem valve. I then took the car back to that tire company. Who showed me that the stem valve in fact was not broken. So now I am going to have to go to kia a third time to get this issue fixed, and I will not be returning to greenway, kia west ever. More

The service was fine but the communication was clear so I wasn’t exactly sure if my car was going to be finished anytime soon or no. I was told they were finishing up, finishing up turned out to be 30 minute wasn’t exactly sure if my car was going to be finished anytime soon or no.
