Service of vehicle I had forgotten my appointment was at 9:30 And by the time I realized that it was about 9:40 So I headed that way and called ahead to make sure it w I had forgotten my appointment was at 9:30 And by the time I realized that it was about 9:40 So I headed that way and called ahead to make sure it was ok to still come. One person said they normally give 15 minutes grace, then after talking to Tony my service advisor he said bring it on in even though I was going to be about 25 minutes past appointment.
