Went for a basic oil change and tire rotation will not return I arrived 30 minutes early and they still didnt take my car back until it was my appointment time after i was told that coming early was not a return I arrived 30 minutes early and they still didnt take my car back until it was my appointment time after i was told that coming early was not a issue and it still took almost 2 hours just for oil and tire rotation also these two things were $130 plus this is highway robbery never have i every paid that much for a oil change there prices are outrageous compared to other kia dealers i went forbthe convenience because they stay open later then other but never again. Took almost 15 minutes just to check in because only one person working at the time while others were trying to find another customers key that they misplaced. Just all around not a good experience here More
We’ve been coming to Greenway Kia since 2017 when we purchased our first Kia. Their service department has been top notch. Never had an issue with them about anything. If I don’t remember recalls they r purchased our first Kia. Their service department has been top notch. Never had an issue with them about anything. Nice and clean dealership, even offered bottled water and snacks. Took a bit of time (2 hours) for oil change and complimentary car wash. I had an appointment for Monday September 25, 2023 at 11:30am for a diagnosis because there was Fuel smell coming from the sides of my Sorento. I got there they said to go with Mr. Tony that he was going 11:30am for a diagnosis because there was Fuel smell coming from the sides of my Sorento. I got there they said to go with Mr. Tony that he was going to be the one to help me out. They took my SUV in (the drop off was very quick). Mr. Tony told me for a diagnosis I will have to give them at least until 4pm because they where short staff and I understood he also gave me a phone number where I could text or call to keep communication. I Went home and about 4:15 I called the service area and ask for Tony he didn’t pick up so I called again and ask at what time they close and they said 9pm so I said ok maybe they still working on it. At 5pm Tony calls me and says that they still don’t know what is going on with the car but definitely there is a Fuel smell on it and that they need more time to keep looking. At least I had an update. About 8pm I texted the number he gave me to see if I can get any update's and no reply. So I went to sleep and in the morning I had a text message from Tony all capital letters (like yelling) saying that his shift was over at 5pm and he didn’t work that many hours (something that I didn’t know) also tells me that his tech was going to get back on my car to work on it, that was 8am. At 12pm I text for an update and didn’t got any reply. At 12:30pmI decide to call and a lady picked up the phone I tell her my name and what was going on and she ask me who I was looking for so I said Tony. She said give me a second I will get him and after a long wait she comes back and tells me Oh sorry Tony just went on break he will be back in one hour. So it’s been more that 24 hours and I have nothing and all this is just for a Diagnosis not even fixing it. They are not responsible and specially they’ve proof me that they don’t care! Finally they gave me my car Friday at 5pm. More
