Overall, my experience was excellent. I have visited Kia West multiple times for oil changes and each time Jonathan Casiano has helped me. The employees are welcoming, friendly, everyone makes eye contact a West multiple times for oil changes and each time Jonathan Casiano has helped me. The employees are welcoming, friendly, everyone makes eye contact and smiles. I was quoted an hour wait for my oil change today and recieved my car back in 40 minutes. Jonathan made me aware of my rear tire brakes but assured me my car was in good shape for my 17 hour drive to Texas this week. So like I stated in the beginning, my experience and every hard working employee at the service center were awesome. More
How come service department is close at weekend when we are able to set appointment.in USA we work five business days.so,its impossible to go for service on weekdays. At first we did not have my phone because we came to Kia dealer from working out at the YMCA. My phone and holder had fallen off as I was using the bike there. Stan offered to stop by our house on Sunday after work to set the phone up. After we went back to the YMCA and found the phone we went back to the Kia dealer. Stan set it up in just a few minutes. Leased our vehicle from another Kia that moved from Semoran (without notifying us) and needed service so my husband took our Soul into the W. Colonial location since it was close to his job. They were also much more helpful and informative in helping me clarify some service charges. Would recommend them! More

luis was very nice and helpful. His honesty and knowledge was very refreshing. It was time for my 15,000 mile services, Luis made me aware of it, but he didn't scare me like alot of dealers do when they know was very refreshing.
