Horrible customer service I bought my car from them back in 2014. On January 2017 I went to the dealership to cancel my Gap Insurance because II have the option to refinance my I bought my car from them back in 2014. On January 2017 I went to the dealership to cancel my Gap Insurance because II have the option to refinance my car and lower my interest by a lot. I filled the paperwork and they said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to process and for the lending comoany to get the money from the cancellation. Here we are 3 and a 1/2 months later and nothing has happened. I have called countless times and there is never a person to answer my questions. I always get transferred to a voice-mail which is almost always full. I have emailed, text messaged, talked to their chat representative and nobody has called me at all. I even involved Kia USA and not even them have been able to get any information. I feel like they are playing with my money. Stay away from this dealership! More

Upon buying car I questioned the tpms light being on was told it would go off that nothing was wrong reading the manual and taking it to Honda dealer was told sensor is bad needs fixed I called the salesman about it he told me they would fix it had to bring car here 4 times for the problem to be fixed waited over 4 hours for them to tell me it needed to come back we live 2 hours away and had to give up our day off 4 times for this and they did not offer anything for our inconvenience all I asked for was a wash, oil change, and a full tank of gas which they said I couldn't have all. Totally not happy and customer service is terrible they did absolutely nothing to makes us happy. Future cars won't be bought for this dealership nor any recommendations. Also car had recalls which Honda fixed that's who told me the sensor was bad. More

Need to submit to warranty. Need proof of all oil changes in last 2 years Last Friday- left message with Deland..fax me my service summary..several calls no response - went there on my lunch break proceeded to tell everyone in lobby how much kia sucks..immediately given my summary Monday..Phone call from kia orlando..oh.. deland kia has it in system as sold used. .email us your buyers order to prove you bought it new, oh and we need proof you aren't married to he who shall not be named as well..so send us your divorce decree and your new marriage cert. Wednesday. . Ok you are the same person that bought it and you did buy it new..so we'll tell you in 24-48 hours if covered or not Today. We are running a diagnostic on it now to see if there is any other way we can weasel out of this warranty... you'll have answer by end of today. I will NEVER buy another Kia.. AND of course now there is another problem and will be another 24-48 hours . Update.. motor is covered under warranty and dealership put me in a rental car.. a nissan versa note. Engine was overnighted on Monday and it's a refurb. Have not heard back from dealership so emailed tony regarding the refurb and warranty. Response below So the engine is a remanufactured unit. I unfortunately do no get released what miles the engine has on it when kia sends it to us. warranty on the engine would be a 12 months, 12,000 mile warranty that would put it your mileage out to 112,805 miles. or 12 months from this visit for repair So does this motor have 160,000 miles or 60,000? Is this motor another one that just blew up? Will it fail me? Probably, and probably at 12,001 miles.. I don't like that the engine isn't certified on how many miles it has. More

They will no longer receive my business and I warn you to heavily consider the value of not only your budget but also your time before choosing this location. I bought my car in today because the passenger side headlight went out. We weren't sure if it was just the light or an electrical problem so the first service rep. suggested it would be beneficial to do a diagnostic. The diagnostic was quoted as $89.95 however we were told if the service recommended was done the diagnostic costs would be waived. After sitting for close to an hour another customer service rep, tony, arrives to share that they tightened the terminal inside the lamp and replaced the bulb. My total cost $117.44 before taxes. The bulb itself cost only $ 27.59 LABOR FOR THE HOUR $89.85. When I remarked how the labor conveniently reflected the cost of the diagnostic which we were told would not be charged if the car was repaired, tony explained that now the labor costs per hour was $89.95. REALLY!!! $89 to put in a light bulb!! They can charge whatever they want for labor and I keep all of my invoices to show that fact. I'm not asking for a free service but $89 is excessive! To add injury to insult we still sat for another 35 minutes before my husband got frustrated and went to ask what was taking so long to cash us out if the car was now fixed. Tony's response....we were just about to close out the ticket. Our last experience I was quoted over $700 for front breaks, wheel alignment, replacing a flex coupler and an oil change. When my husband arrived and questioned why the price was so high, all of a sudden there were discounts that could be applied and we walked away paying a little less than $450.00. Again you weight the costs. I prefer to deal with a place a little more ethical than this. More

Came in for an oil change drove off with a new Kia My hat goes off to Naha, also known as the truth. I came in for an oil change on my 2010 Kia and drove off with a 2014 Kia Forte. Naha was fantasti My hat goes off to Naha, also known as the truth. I came in for an oil change on my 2010 Kia and drove off with a 2014 Kia Forte. Naha was fantastic. Friendly, courteous. If your rating went up to 10, I would give him a 10 in each category. Never had a better experience with a sales person than I did today with Naha. I appreciate his attitude. Thank you Naha for the experience. My 2014 Kia is awesome and I look good in it!! More
Lied about guaranteed satisfaction and topping all fluids I went here for the first time, and they either did not inspect my vehicle fully as promised or lied about doing so. 2 weeks after my oil change the c I went here for the first time, and they either did not inspect my vehicle fully as promised or lied about doing so. 2 weeks after my oil change the company that I purchased my car from had to place transmission fluid in my car because it was low. I was never informed about low fluid from the service advisor yet he preceded to sell me other things. I called and spoke to Jamie the manager, and she promised to call me back in 40 mins. Now 4 days later I still have not heard back from her. I also left a message on Dan's voicemail as well the location owner, and OH WOW to my surprise he never called me back either. If you care about good service, ethical treatment, follow through and mngmt that cares about customers and backing their written promises: PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! More

Mark Davis, is one of the reasons why I continue to bring in my 2012 Kia Rio5 in for routine service. He is very knowledgeable, fair, & friendly...always greets with a smile on his face. Even my 19 month old son, has started to recognize Mark's smiling face, when we get there. Highly recommend Mark & the entire staff at Orlando Kia West...looking forward to purchasing another Kia from them!!! More
