Jerome was great, he went over everything regarding the car including the history of services to see what hasn't been done yet. He nearly paid for a Lyft for me to go anywhere I wanted but I stopped that car including the history of services to see what hasn't been done yet. I took my car in for a recall. Part was not available and I have to return. I waited for 2 hours in a very comfortable customer waiting area. Warranty repair was done. I was told by advisor Salvador that it would be ready by 1 PM on Saturday. Nobody called me. I called there at 230 and was told that it was ready. Salvador was not there that day, I don’t blame him, but it was somebody’s responsibility to call me when the mechanic handed the paperwork in. I brought my 2023 sportage in for service last week, oil change, filter, tire rotation & complimentary wash, I also told them about, small nails in front tires, when they where done the service adviser told change, filter, tire rotation & complimentary wash, I also told them about, small nails in front tires, when they where done the service adviser told me everything was done, when I got home I saw there where still nails in the front tires, that makes me believe the tirej rotation was never done also saw the vehicle was still dirty. I brought the vehicle back to them , I showed them the nails still in the front tires in the tread they said they might not be able to put a patch on the inside of the tire because the nail was on the side of the tire, I thought I might be blind. I told them let's pull the small nails from the tread & see what happens, then they told me if it needs a new tire it could be 2 days before they could get that tire from their supplier. Please stop just pull the small nails if it leeks put a patch on the inside & let me go, if you do a washing get the job done right. So now they didn't do what they said they would do, I don't even know if they did the other servicing or not. This is my 3rd Kia, 2 of them from that dealer & the other from a different dealership, but I have always used WPB Kia for service. Now I feel like I can't trust them. They also wanted me to wait approx 1 1/2 hours for the 2nd times. I'm done with WPB Kia /aka/ Greenway Kia. During my lone time with them I have also gotten other stories that just where not true. Goodbye & good ridden. I'm done with them. I would advise others to avoid them. More
