I am thankful for Kia working so fast to replace my engine. The only issue I had is Kia corporate having me pay for the rental out of my pocket for 15 days and then waiting for months to be reimbursed engine. The ball was absolutely dropped on my last visit, huge safety issues! The dealership has been horrible with thier lack of communication while trying to fix the issue to the point I had to take my car som safety issues!
