They answer the calls but forget to f/u and didnt say that they dont take credit cards. They kept my car for 2 weeks and it wasn't until then that they gave me a rental where I had to miss work and I that they dont take credit cards. I live in Sanford and work in Orlando so it was expensive....i then had to pay 3% more because I use the credit card. More

Bad communication, I waited for almost 2 and a half hours with no up date on my car. When I asked he said they couldn't get the car before mine out of the bay. But they started on my car and it would be at l with no up date on my car. When I asked he said they couldn't get the car before mine out of the bay. But they started on my car and it would be at least another hour. About 4 hours later my car had an oil change and tire rotation done. Florida kia dealerships service is not good compared to ohio and wisconsin. More

I had a scheduled appt for service wasn't given a call to update vehicle status on Friday , Saturday I had to call again still wasn't done and no phone call later to say it was staying .
