The only complaint is that I went on a busy day so it ended taking longer than I expected hence the 4 stars on Overall experience. I was also hoping for even more of a "deal" but I guess that's relative and not necessarily a reflection on the dealership, but more of my bargaining skills. I would definitely recommend working with these folks. I'll see how the followup service is but I expect that it will be just fine. More

I was given great service and detailed information about the car I purchased a KIA Sorento. I originally went to the Orlando Kia East dealership and after 3 hours of writing numbers on a blank piece of paper only to have the manager each time tell the salesman no. So, I ended up going to the Orlando Kia North Longwood dealership and WOW was the sales team and manager a complete turn around from the previous dealership! There was no hassling from Victor or the manager. I was asked what options I wanted and the color. I did not have to argue with them to get a lower interest rate nor was I given an inflated purchase price. They knew exactly what I wanted and in a few days (due to limited stock) they found a vehicle that matched. I came back, signed the paperwork and left with my brand new car! More
