They were able to get me in with in 35 mins of me calling asking for an appointment. Once there they told me it would be about 1.5 hours and to my surprise 45 minutes later I was back in my KIA and out the d asking for an appointment. It started well but I waited an hour and 10 minutes after I received the message that my car was ready before receiving it which made me lose an hour of time I needed to prepare for a performance. When I inquired of why no one has given me the car, a woman out and took about 10 - 15 minutes looking for the car. When it was finally parked up front - I walked with her the first time to look for it - she said it had been getting washed but it had not been washed. It was still dirty. More
