Poor communication with the shuttle service. No, "I'll be right with you" or any other acknowledgement when I went to the cashier window. The interaction started off ok but the miscommunication regarding the shuttle is frustrating and almost negates the usefulness of it. And this isn't the first incident. I go to the dealership for service because I'm trying to maintain the integrity of this car for as long as possible but honestly, I rarely leave here pleased with the interaction. Since I just got an oil change I will use the time between now and the next one to find a new service provider because it just doesn't seem to be improving here. More
