Earl Lawson was Awesome!! I had already searched online for the vehicle I wanted. I went on my lunch hour to test drive a 2011 Kia Sorrento and Earl took me right over to the car. We test drove it he shoul for the vehicle I wanted. I went on my lunch hour to test drive a 2011 Kia Sorrento and Earl took me right over to the car. We test drove it he should me all the features and the next day I drove the car home. My son & I visited Orlando Kia North on 5/6/11. Earl Lawson greeted us on the lot and was very friendly and helpful. We had been on-line to find the vehicle we wanted and had the print-out. Earl took our print-out and found the nearest fit to our list and price range. I did not feel pressured or pushed to take something I did not want. All in all Earl made our experience quite easy and fun. We had been to other Kia dealers in town and had not had anywhere near the pleasant experience. At one dealership the salesman didn't seem to know much about the cars and didn't take our on-line info seriously. At another dealership no one even bothered to come out to talk to us even though we had been walking around the lot for almost 30 minutes. Their selection was very limited as well. Even the financing part of the experience was pleasant. The finance mgr, Shaka(sp and don't remember his last name) was extremely friendly and knowlegable. Both mem made my son (17) very much a part of the transaction. The entire experience was painless and pleasant. My Kia Sorrento is now a very welcome addition to our family. More

We were sold on the car and Levan helped to bring the final price of the car down to what we wanted. When we had to go get a check for the car, he even let us take one of their test drive models because our car's AC was out. Overall we had a great experience from Levan and the rest of the staff. I had a wonderful purchasing experience at Longwood Kia. When I first arrived I was greeted by an exceptionally friendly sales associate, Jeff Eller. He was extremely knowledgeable and readily answered all of my questions. After patiently showing me several vehicles he took me for a test drive in a Kia Soul and I fell in love. Mr. Eller pointed out all of the great features about the car and I was pleasantly pleased with the car's performance and its safety features. After having gone to other car dealerships before I was a little nervous about a possible "pressure sales pitch" but Jeff put all my fears to rest with his calm manner and great sense of humor. He made me feel very comfortable and and was in no way pushy therefore I felt very at ease with him. In the end I did buy a new Kia Soul and I have been delighted with it ever since!
