Frustrating and Depressing, everything is a LIE. I applied for credit online after listening to all of their adds everywhere saying they help even if you don't have good credit, no down payment and b I applied for credit online after listening to all of their adds everywhere saying they help even if you don't have good credit, no down payment and blah blah blah!, I had to use the down payment for a family emergency so I desist of the idea of buying a new car. but they kept call everyday, so I decided to returned the call to Jeffry Alpert a month ago and told him that I really don't want to go there because my credit is bad, I have a car that I'm still making payments on it and I didn't have the money for a down payment , and it was very frustrating to go there and after all tell me I need money to give more money that I don't have. well he told me to go anywhere but I didn't. yesterday Brianna Anderson(Internet department) called me and I told her the same thing how frustrating and depressing is to go there in my situation. Brianna told me that don't worry because my application was APPROVED!!!! and with the down payment and all that the finance department will take charge of that and help me. I asked her 2, 3 times if she was sure about it she said yes and did the appointment with Jeffrey Alpert( the one that sales the cars). I went there at 3:30pm today, first thing he told me that they didn't run the credit I told him that Brianna told me that my credit was approved and all the things I said before and that she said that finance will help me and I didn't need to put anything down, and he told me " SHE DOESN'T SALES CAR, I'M THE ONE WHO SALES CAR HERE" the first sign of how easily they lie to people. I told him that really I didn't want to sit there loose a day of job and not getting out with a new car. he started doing the paperwork I was so excited about it, and everything started to come out, that my credit is not so good that I still have to pay more than they can give me for the car and the last and most expecting one that I needed a couple of thousand more if I want to get a new car. I grabbed all my paperwork that they asked me to bring by that moment I felt so and still feel frustrating and depress because I told them all that before I went there, But they don't care they just tying to get more money from you no matter what and those commercials on radio and internet and everywhere are just lies, they don't help no one that doesn't have enough money to leave there. you don't do that to people I was with my daughter and she saw me crying of frustration and upset when I stood up and leave. there was no help like Brianna told me, it was just one response I need to get a couple of thousand if I want a car. that's why I didn't wanted to go. so all these GREAT reviews here you know most of them are fake anyone that works there can get in here and said wonders about the dealer but believe in the bad ones because we are the people who knows that all that help they said in commercials are all lies. they can help you if they see the money over the table if not forget about it. Go to another dealer do research and don't let people like Jeffrey the one who sales cars! and Brianna the one that doesn't know xxxx about selling cars( according to Jeffrey) fools you. More
