For Quality of work, they both paid attention to the details of explaining and completing all of the required paperwork correctly. I feel that I was given a fair price for my trade-in vehicle and that there was no juggling of the finances; everything was out in the open. John & Mike were friendly guys and worked with me through the entire process. Sarah got me the financing and even called me back a few days later to offer me a rate/payment reduction after she shopp through the entire process. The only complaint is that I went on a busy day so it ended taking longer than I expected hence the 4 stars on Overall experience. I was also hoping for even more of a "deal" but I guess that's relative and not necessarily a reflection on the dealership, but more of my bargaining skills. I would definitely recommend working with these folks. I'll see how the followup service is but I expect that it will be just fine. More

I was given great service and detailed information about the car I purchased a KIA Sorento.
