First time buyer and what a wonderful experience!! I was shopping around for a vehicle, first time buyer-not such good credit score and I ended up at Kia North. Domingo Figueroa, defines Professionalism! IN March, Domingo sold me two, yes two, fantastic KIA SOUL's....in two days. This past week, I was privileged to have him work with my son (and me) i IN March, Domingo sold me two, yes two, fantastic KIA SOUL's....in two days. This past week, I was privileged to have him work with my son (and me) in obtaining a truck for his work. What a beauty. A 2015 Nissan Frontier, with 12,000 miles. My son and I figured this would be out of his range, but we listened to Domingo; asked questions; shared our thoughts and concerns;finally we all went inside to talk. Domingo is an extremely pleasant person. He is friendly, up-front, has a sense of humor, and I believe a very honest man. These traits are hard to find in a salesperson. Well, to make a very long story short, Domingo came to us with the price tag we were hoping to hear. It looked like we were going to drive off the lot in a new/used truck. They took his old truck for a trade-in; gave him a fair price for the trade; asked for a deposit within our means, and the deal was done. Domingo stays with you the whole process. He introduces you to the people you need to deal with; he is there to re-greet you when you finish the business of finance or paper signing; he walks you to the vehicle; asks if your happy or is there anything else he can do for you before you leave; and he stands there to give a farewell wave as you drive off in you new car/truck or van. He is my hero. He is a lesson to be learned by all other salesmen. He meets, greets,smiles, giggles and puts you at ease. He makes the job of a very difficult purchase a very pleasant task. KIA has a winner in Mr. Domingo Figueroa. Keep him safe ! More
