Took 2 hours for just an oil change with a scheduled appointment. They texted me and when I responded they ignored me. Once car was completed they came. Brought me to cashier and said nothing more I’m l appointment. They texted me and when I responded they ignored me. Once car was completed they came. Brought me to cashier and said nothing more I’m like cool guess it’s all good? Had to ask cashier where to even get my car. When getting back in my car my driver side mat was filthy like they spilled something thankfully I have the weather tech mats. Overall poor quality. They called me for a follow up on how well it went I let the lady know and nobody bothered to follow up with my concerns. Definitely not the worst but definitely dropped ball on communication and time and cleanliness. More
