Joe was an absolute joke and should follow through with customers and calls. Kia case never had a follow up with case, claiming they did a car fax. While I appreciate his professionalism and respect for my time, I am compelled to share my concerns regarding the transparency of the pricing process. Upon researching online, I found a vehicle I was interested in listed at around $31,000. However, when I inquired about the out-the-door pricing, I was surprised to discover nearly $10,000 in additional fees. Admittedly, some of the fees, approximately $4,000, appeared reasonable, but I struggled to justify the remaining charges. This pricing inconsistency left me feeling somewhat unsettled. The online offer may have been misleading, almost like a bait-and-switch tactic to lure customers into visiting the dealership. While I acknowledge that pricing can vary due to additional fees, I was disappointed by the substantial difference between the advertised online price and the final out-the-door figure. Additionally, my attempts to gain clarity on the fees through phone and email communication with various dealership employees went unanswered. This lack of response raised concerns about transparency and left me feeling somewhat in the dark before deciding to visit the dealership in person. Based on this limited interaction, I wouldn't categorize the dealership as bad or negative. However, my overall experience was marred by the pricing inconsistencies and the apparent lack of responsiveness.
