Horrible disgrace to Kia's name! My car's tail light was broken while in the care of general manager Mohammad. I was told oh we dont know who did it. My deposit was refunded anf they still ran the application after i was assured yhey wouldn't. I spoke to the lender and verified that my application was not received until a few days later. Of course I called and they laughed. I spoke to Tim Brown and still have yet to receive a returned call and it has now been 2 months. He was very rude and told me their security cameras were only in gront of the store, not in back where they hold trade ins. Since they neglected to use my car as a trade in. It was left directly in front of their store where the cameras were, which i informed him and then was told thats too long for him to sit and view. The car was with them from 04-04-2015 until 04-11-2015. It was verbally approved by sales rep Mohammad from 04-04-15 until that Monday 04-06-2015 when then gm Mohammad took on responsibility of it and assured me he has held my application for refund and cancallation since my car was not added as a trade in and additional unauthorized packages were added onto my contract. Since then the store has lied about when the GM and Tim Brown are in office. I calland their in a meeting. I call back a couple of hours later and someone else would answer stating they arent in office and its their day off. Next person said they are barely in office and only on variable days, which they werent sure of to gveme they claim. But Tim and Mohammad told me other wise when i last spoke to them. Gm Mohammad now doesnt return any of my calls or messages left on his cell phone and desk phone. More

We told the sales person our situation and they all worked with us to get us in the correct priced car. So we met the payments we could afford. I had been in contact with Brian for several weeks via email, exchanging information regarding our vehicle search. Our family is on an extremely tight budget with another baby on the way, so we were limited in our flexibility on price. I met with him to look at some cars and go over numbers, but left feeling discouraged and ready to give up on buying a vehicle altogether. Brian knew that we really wanted a Sorento, so when one became available that was in our price range, he immediately contacted us and within a day the vehicle was sitting in our driveway! Brian is friendly, flexible, knowledgeable, and works hard to find a way to get you the car you want! We are so thankful we were able to work with him - he made our dream that we almost gave up on a reality. Our experience with Brian was very pleasant, no complaints whatsoever! Our finance manager, Sam, wasn't quite as friendly and didn't explain the paperwork we signed very well, but Brian has been a great resource and has answered any questions we've had, even 3 months after our purchase! I am speechless-2 Kia Souls in 2 days!! I went to Kia as a response to a sales call. You know, "We can put you in a new car, etc. etc.etc". Domingo Figueroa greeted me with a handshake and I went to Kia as a response to a sales call. You know, "We can put you in a new car, etc. etc.etc". Domingo Figueroa greeted me with a handshake and a wonderful smile,and from that time on he amazed me. His knowledge of the products, his professionalism, his respect, his patience: he was/is outstanding! To make a long story short, I traded in my 2013 Soul for a 2015 Soul. It is a beauty and they gave me everything I could want in "perks". End of my story? NOPE! I went home and was talking to my son who lives in Mississippi about my new Soul, and he commented, "I wish you had told me; I would have loved to buy that from you." I put in a call to Domingo and asked if there was a way to get this to work. You guessed it; Domingo talked to my son by phone; called me back and told me to come to the dealership. In the space of an hour the paperwork was completed on the purchase of MY traded 2013 Soul. While waiting to finalize the financial aspects, the sale personnel came over to me, smiling and wishing me good luck. They were as "stunned" as I was that this deal was taking place.. Two Kia Souls in two days!. Thank you Kia; Thank you very much Domingo; There is not a salesman in Florida that comes close to your goodness and professionalism!
