The reason we gave orlando kia north of longwood this rating was that were excellent priced and we did alot of shopping around before we went there and no one around could beat them on priceing. As soon as we got out of the car earl lawson was right there to greet us and we did have a car in mind and he took us straight to it told us about the car and privous owner. Once we decied this was the car we wanted he got us started on paper work and got what we wanted for a trade in approved. The fiance manager there Sarah Dizney was awsome were pre appoved before we went but our finance guy fell through and she work hard to get us approved through another company at a great rate and had us in and out fast. If your looking to buy a car new or used I highly recommend kia of longwood is the place to buy!!!! More

I would recommend this dealer because Earl was kind, respectful, honest, and did not try to pressure sell me into something I did not want. He listened to me -- more importantly, he HEARD me and then h respectful, honest, and did not try to pressure sell me into something I did not want. We were very weary of coming in as we really have not had a good experience in purchasing cars. My sister & I searched online for the car inventory & immediately liked the 2008 Kia Sportage. I immediately requested a test drive & the next day (today) received an email from the internet sales department. When we arrived this afternoon at 3:30, we were treated GREAT! Both Milton & Jeff came out to greet us & due to the fact that my dad understood Spanish more, Milton became our sales man. He was very professional, courteous, & definitely willing to help us in the purchase of the vehicle. Our overall experience was great...by 7:00 we were out the door :) We were all treated great from beginning to end, even with all the questions my dad had. I myself own a Kia Sportage & was extremely happy that both Milton & the finance department made it happen for my dad's/sister's new car :) I will definitely refer family members and friends to Orlando Kia North in Longwood. Everyone was extremely friendly & made our car buying experience a great one!!! More

Mr. Earl Lawson and the entire staff at Orlando Kia North in Longwood restored my faith in the Kia name and Dealership as a whole. Mr. Lawson was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles in stock, he aided us in our selection and made this transaction as easy and painless as possible; and I would definitely refer friends, co-workers and family to this dealership in the future. When we left, I didn't have to wonder what any of the buttons were for; Curtis explained all of them. For Quality of work, they both paid attention to the details of explaining and completing all of the required paperwork correctly. I feel that I was given a fair price for my trade-in vehicle and that there was no juggling of the finances; everything was out in the open. The sales/customer lounge area was clean, well maintained and comfortable. This contributed to the overall experience. More

John & Mike were friendly guys and worked with me through the entire process. Sarah got me the financing and even called me back a few days later to offer me a rate/payment reduction after she shopp through the entire process. The only complaint is that I went on a busy day so it ended taking longer than I expected hence the 4 stars on Overall experience. I was also hoping for even more of a "deal" but I guess that's relative and not necessarily a reflection on the dealership, but more of my bargaining skills. I would definitely recommend working with these folks. I'll see how the followup service is but I expect that it will be just fine. More
