Massive scam and rude immoral management. “Certified Pre-Owned Kia” was listed on their website as $13,433. When I get there I’m told the “certified Kia” is actually un-certified and it was a “Certified Pre-Owned Kia” was listed on their website as $13,433. When I get there I’m told the “certified Kia” is actually un-certified and it was an additional $1,995 to get it “certified” by them AND that it was mandatory. They then add a $999.90 “dealership fee” because you have to pay them to let you buy from them. With all the additional fees/taxes the actual price was $19,664.47. BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE. When we negotiated and agreed upon a more honest price of $16,500 they made more things. I was then told the car was not actually available for sale as their mechanics just found out “there are concerning issues and they don’t believe it is safe to drive” and needs an extra $4,000 to be road worthy. Somehow, this new discovery by their mechanics done in the 15 minutes between my test drive and negotiating the price. They then proceeded to try to sell me a more expensive car as the car listed was just a bait and switch scam. This is a horribly illegal establishment and I would certainly take them to court if it were not for the court fees. Oddly enough, Greenway pulled a similar scam to the guy who was my Uber driver home. More
