Cherie, I'm sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction. Unfortunately we can not find any customer information based on "Cherie". Please contact Mike Shaw at 407-571-1234 x 234 so we can help with your situation. FYI, we have several women that work in Service and Sales and we never send people out to "pick up their own parts" especially since the vendors we us have a delivery service. All Extended Service Contracts and Insurance policies cover specific parts and conditions, if your vehicle failure was not covered under the level of service, then it would be up to the vehicle owner to pay for the repair. Exactly the same as car insurance - example if you do not have "rental car" coverage, you would be responsible for the rental charge. We look forward to hearing from you so we can serve you better.

Refer to my 2/1/2018 post and the dealer response below. .......There are no women on your website in sales or service. There are no women at your dealership except those in the office. I most certainly had to drive to Auto Zone down the street from your dealership to buy an oil filter. It was a Saturday at closing of service department. They could not finish the job. I complained in writing to Said as well and he is no longer with you. The extended service agreements you sell for $3,000 from Service Warranty in Chicago IL cover nothing. They are a ficticious company and are known for not honoring their extended warranties according to reviews and BBB where they have an F rating. If you would go the extra mile, you would have more sales and would have more customers who return. You sold the car and you refused to work on the car and told me to go to a Toyota dealer. The Toyota dealer and the warranty company told me to return to the dealership where I purchased the car....YOU! You refused to check any Toyota recalls or warranties and refused to contact Toyota to get the repair covered which would have cost $2800. You tried to get me to buy a used car giving me barely nothing for my Prius trade in. After hours and hours, you gave me the cost of buying the used car without giving me the cost of the repair. I had to get in my car and drive away. If you had gone the extra mile, you would not have lost a customer. Yup, you made $15,000 off of me and I paid cash. But because of your underhanded tactics you will lose customers. Contrary to what you say, you know exactly who I am. I have nothing more to talk to you about
