I initially had a great experience with Monika. She was patient and nice, and answered all my questions. Once I was sent to sign my paperwork, the Finance manager that worked 4/07/2024 was extre She was patient and nice, and answered all my questions. Once I was sent to sign my paperwork, the Finance manager that worked 4/07/2024 was extremely rude. I called back today and was told his name was Hamza. Hamza was rude, degrading, and harassing me to get coverage I did not want. I told him multiple times I do not want the coverage they offered and he continued to tell me I was making the wrong decision, trying to get me to change my mind. He was calling me “just a baby” because of my age purchasing a car, and visibly showing he was annoyed by me taking my time to read the contracts, but If I didn’t read the contracts then of course I would be considered a “dumb young girl” When I asked questions, he mentioned that he had other customers waiting, AS IF I wasn’t purchasing a car myself. Mentioning this must be the first time I bought a car because of how many questions I asked and that I would learn my lesson for not agreeing with the coverage he was offering me. While I was asking questions about the price on his screen he told me he would go over it on the contracts, but never read me a single thing or went over the contracts at all. Obviously it’s my responsibility to read contracts, but don’t tell me you will go over it and then not do that at all. The odometer said the wrong number throughout my e-signature but was told to just trust it would be accurate on the final paper work????? I asked about a page in my contracts regarding $150/monthly going towards donation of some sort and ask where the money was coming from and he wouldn’t be straightforward until I continued to ask for clarification then telling me it’s taxes for the government and there’s no way I can get around paying taxes. Again, AS IF I actually thought I could or intended on “getting around taxes”??? He is genuinely a disappointment More
