I had such a great experience at KIA West! Sergio, my salesman, was honest and real with me throughout the process. He even helped me move my items into my new car since I had my daughter with me—above and beyond service. Maher, my finance advisor, was swift but thorough. He explained everything clearly, no pressure, and even added some humor to make the process easy and comfortable. Together, they were able to beat a competitor’s quote by $1,000 and gave me more than my car was valued at.
