Need to improve wait times and explanations of what was done to vehicles after the work was done. I had an oil and alignment and would have liked to know how off my alignment was. I'm still waiting for my vehicle to be fixed. The first tech Lisan was supposed to call me a week after my visit so I can get the car fixed. Never got a call. My calls and text went unanswered. Then I got a call from a technician over this weekend and was told my paperwork was just found and I will be priority on Monday.
