I even emphasized I didn't want any surprises because I was traveling so far. The internet pricing they post is false and misleading. Basically everything that is wrong with buying a car. Had an appt with a sales person Steve G. Never seen the person or able to talk to him. Was waited on by someone who didn't have a clue. They may have screwed up my engine by not tightening the oil cap after my oil change and oil spilled all over my engine. When I went in to have a check the second time because I smelled burning they kept me waiting an hour and a half no one came out and talk to me to let me know what was going on when I asked where my car was they told me somebody was test driving it which was totally unnecessary. I wrote and sent a certified letter to the general manager and I know it was received but I never heard a word from anyone. You would think knowing how upset I was that The GM would’ve reached out to find out what the problem was and why I was so upset. But I heard nothing. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. Go anywhere else. More
Nothing but bad customer experiences! 1- could not Nothing but bad customer experiences! 1- could not complete the sale the same night we were there, 2- lied about what the vehicle could do (stared Nothing but bad customer experiences! 1- could not complete the sale the same night we were there, 2- lied about what the vehicle could do (stared it could tow and had hands free) 3- lied about the monthly cost by $100 4- added a $1,000 maintenance package without asking, when we live an hour away (maintenance package literally only covers oil changes... no tire rotations or inspections) 5- when confronted, they stated they did us a favor! Seriously? Two things I said we had to have aren’t available and you did us a favor? 6-General Manager finally contacts me back AFTER repeat calls about the fact they didn’t pay off out trade-in.... 7- tells me he won’t waste our time, and asks us to come back over (hour there, hour back)... fills the gas tank, tells us that he will give us $200 check and 2 - $100 gift card... that was more than 3 weeks ago, and he stopped communicating. 8-decide to take the car in for its first maintenance check.... charged $28 for rotating tires... and my car still tells me it needs maintenance, so they didn’t reset it... Hate to say it... but WHAT NEXT???? More
