What a joke! We drive over an hour to look at 1 specific car because they wouldn't discuss anything unless we were in person. Test drive the car that was around $39,000 MSRP. I don't care about a chip shortage, I don't care if you say the car is in "high demand", you are crooks and people should stay far away from your dealership! The customer service I received was absolutely horrible. I have bought a lot of cars and this was by far the worst. We go in looking for a manual they had none on the lot and the website wasn’t updated… was I have bought a lot of cars and this was by far the worst. We go in looking for a manual they had none on the lot and the website wasn’t updated… was told by internet sales that we’d get a certain amount for our trade based on Kelly blue book …. So we went up. Looked at a Honda. Sat there for four plus hours and had to argue about our trade bc they were gonna give us 4K under trade value…. They finally agreed to give us Kelly blue book trade value. They took our down payment ran our credit did it all. I asked our seevice guy if he wanted proof of income he said no he didn’t need it…. It’s comes closing time we leave with the Honda but haven’t signed anything he said it was a done deal just come back tomorrow and finalize. My husband works so he took time off work to drive 20 mins to dealership to meet me we get there and wait 20 minutes just for the sales guy to ask for proof of income and then say we have to come back at 5:30 bc they’re busy…… I asked what the numbers were and he said he didn’t know yet the finance guy is working on it…… why did we come up here if it wasn’t done why not communicate so I don’t waste our time and money we have three kids and had to pay a sitter to watch them. We comeback at 5:30. He said we can’t get the Honda we had to get a brand new Kia . Which was fine so we’re waiting and waiting and waiting. Hours later he comes back and says you can’t get brand new you gotta get the Honda…. Like what the xxxx! No communication for anything mind you we barely saw our service guy while everyone else’s service men were attentive. This is our second day coming in here and not getting anything done. I tell him our payment cannot be over 490 bc we’re already going over budget with 490 and we have three kids I cannot put us in financial debt. And then I told him it doesn’t have warranty so unless we can get some kind of warranty and keep our payment similar then we can’t and just to tell me what he thought so we don’t waste our time…. He says no problem we got it I’ll make sure for you. Then we didn’t see him for hours the finance guy had to submit that to the bank…….. we go in before knowing any numbers mind you . Finance guy tells us 610 for payment with warranty…. Like that is 120 more then originally told. I do it Bc my husband loves the car and finance guy it wasn’t his fault that the sales rep didn’t communicate with us telling us he would be able to do this and that. Telling us wrong info giving us the run around for two days. So we leave and it’s done. We were charged a recon fee and car wasn’t even services when we left the first night said he’d do it the next day …. Didn’t do it the next day before we even signed . There was three different codes and check engine light on when we left. He said come back Monday or Tuesday and we’ll get it all done.. I said okay. My husband goes in today and they do everything but transmission fluid service guy said they can’t do that there Bc they don’t have the tools…. It would’ve been nice to know that bc Honda is trying to charge us 100 for it… on top of what we just went through all the gas wasted the time wasted…. Safe to say the trade value was amazing and interest rate I got was good. Car is good. But your customer service is garbage I will not return to buy from here again I bought my traverse at David Maus Toyota and I’ll go back there to do business. I’m seriously disappointed the service we got there and the run around we were given. On top of that my husband has a veteran license plate from previous car we told dealer we wanted to use that plate we gave them plate and they put the plate on there for us. The next day after my husband gets notified from our sales guy that his licenses is suspended….. his veteran plate was on a Honda he just sold two days before we went to dealer. He wanted to use that plate so he didn’t have to forfit the plate to dmv. So we find out it’s suspended bc the dealership messed up and put the plate number from the plate of the truck we traded in……. So my husband had take more time off work to go to dmv and fix it…. So he could get his license reinstated…. And dealership had to do nothing…. It’s all fixed thanks to my husband and dmv. He wanted to sell a car so bad he didn’t even do it right he had the plate of a car that wasn’t even registered anymore on the car that had a different plate number on the registration. Do better Kia before you lose anymore customers. More
Manny sold me a car that was was located in the “warehouse”. The next day when I arrived to pick up the car, he claimed that there was a “delay” and it would arrive the next day again. After 2 days of waiting for my car, Manny finally admitted that he was in a bidding war with 3 other dealerships for the car that I’ve placed of down payment on. Caesar and Manny both lied straight to my face. Would not recommend. Terrible company and terrible people. More
