First time buyer and what a wonderful experience!! I was shopping around for a vehicle, first time buyer-not such good credit score and I ended up at Kia North. First of all Jeff Alpert contacted me and expressed interest in having me come in to see the vehicles, he was not pushy and he explained everything very thoroughly over the phone(he took his time) and that's when I knew it wasn't about just making a sale, it was about helping people have hope when you least expect it.
