The employees were all amazing. Anthony our salesman knew his stuff and was not pushy or rude and answered the million questions we had for him. They gave me a fair price on the car but they were the worst to deal with. It took hours of negotiating to get to the fair price and it was still $1k more than their listed online price. The tires on the the car were less than 40% tread, after insisting on speaking directly with the GM they gave me only 2 new tires and now one of the old tires won't hold air, just weeks after buying it. Overall, good car, minus the tires, but poor experience and interactions with the sales rep and the sales manager was even worse. More

The rep AJ was great but the overall process to purchase a vehicle was outrageous. We spent a total of 12 hours at the dealership, most of the time just waiting. Once AJ helped me select a car of my choice, a vehicle was outrageous. We spent a total of 12 hours at the dealership, most of the time just waiting. Once AJ helped me select a car of my choice, ran my credit, made my deposit...everything slowed down. Finance needs to do better and go faster. I ended up going to the car lot 3X times and waiting over 2 hrs each time. As stated the floor men and women are great, polite & kind. It's just the big bosses that take their precious time sealing a deal. Maybe next time if I decide to purchase from them again the process will go smoother & quicker. I spent a day and half on this deal. My time is just as important as theirs. Needless, to say we finally got the paperwork straight and signed on the 3rd day. More
