Amazing Service!!! Wow! I have never had such a good experience at a car dealer in my life, no exaggeration. From the moment I stopped by to look at a vehicle they had o Wow! From the moment I stopped by to look at a vehicle they had on the lot, to the moment I drove away these guys were so friendly and helpful that I though something was amiss. I spoke to Mr. Tim Gordon and after a very professional greeting I told him what I was looking for, he was more than happy to assist me and my wife find the exact vehicle that we where looking for. We went in on a Wednesday afternoon looking for a mini van that we could afford and told Mr. Tim that we couldn't go over budget, he told us that he didn't have anything on the lot but that he would find what we where looking for, so we left thinking "ok, we'll see about it". To our surprise Tim called us the next day telling us that he had found TWO vehicles that would work with our budget. The next day after that he called saying that the vans where at the lot and that he would wait for us that evening. When we got there Friday evening he had the vans parked next to each other right in front is the dealer, we met him outside once again he looked legitimately happy to see us, was VERY professional, grabbed a tag and we went for test drives, when we got back we chose one, went inside and like clockwork they got a deal done for us without asking for ANYTHING extra and doing EVERYTHING in their power to get us to the payment we wanted. Everyone involved was just as professional thru out the whole process. We are extremely satisfied with Orlado Kia North and with the way they run their business, other dealers need to come to this place to take note on how a car dealer should be ran. Thank you Tim!
