I especially didn't expect my husband to encourage me to take one home that night since he was not too fond of this particular vehicle. Our experience with Mr. Abdel Merzouk was so positive and enjoyable, that I DID go home with a brand new Soul. He first asked which particular car we were interested in, the base, plus, etc. Then he proceeded to explain all the features that make a Soul such a great buy. He was knowledgeable {most of all}, courteous and patient. He sold my husband on the product before we even asked what the "price" was. He worked with the Credit/Finance Rep, to get us great financing. I am truly satisfied with my car buying experience, my financing and especially my new Soul. More

So So I brought my Kia Soul Exclaim in for a 15000mi service on 11/13/15. I had a coupon which had been mailed to my home by the dealership. The coupon was I brought my Kia Soul Exclaim in for a 15000mi service on 11/13/15. I had a coupon which had been mailed to my home by the dealership. The coupon was for $25 off for spending $175 or $50 off for spending $250, etc. for any service. The bill was $288.18 before the coupon and I was given only a $25 discount. I also have a maintenance booklet for which I paid $425 when I purchased the car. When I presented the maintenance voucher along with the coupon, I was given a bit of a run around about using 2 coupons for the service, even though the voucher was something I had paid for. The service rep also tried to tell me that I was "supposed" to use a $20 off maintenance voucher from my booklet, but he relented and let me use the coupon that had been mailed to me. My maintenance voucher gave me only an additional $20 discount, which when you do the math (4 x $20 x 3 years) is $240...I think I am getting screwed a bit here. Oh well, live and learn. More
