I am a very unsatisfied loyal customer of Greenway Kia in Longwood, FL. I purchased my 2017 Kia Forte here. All service needs are also handled at this location. During one of my oil changes I left with a 202 Longwood, FL. I purchased my 2017 Kia Forte here. All service needs are also handled at this location. During one of my oil changes I left with a 2020 kia forte because they promised it would be a lower car payment. THEY LIED. My old amount was $330, my new amount is $532. I kept my 2nd purchase because the finance officer stated in order to get lower interest. I needed to open an account at a credit union, wait 3 months, then apply to refinance. Fairwinds couldn't promise a lower rate either. So basically, I got got. I went on to purchase a 3rd vehicle from this same dealership, a 2019 kia Sorento and I regret using them The service dept has unethical practices of sabotaging your vehicle to increase revenue. During my last 2 oil changes, these people sabotaged my AC. 1 yr. having my 2020, and the AC stops working after they worked on my car. I brought it back. They added free-on and marked the seal. They said come back if AC still doesn't work to see if there is a leak. I didn't have issues after that. The end of May 2022 I go back for another oil change. And what do you know? They sabotaged my AC AGAIN. My 2020 vehicle currently has NO AC, in 100-degree weather and these people are toying with my health. I have left messages for Jose Vega aka Joe the service manager. And he doesn't return calls. I have also emailed him. And I am still waiting to hear back. At this point, I think a bunch of us should get together to seek justice against their unlawful, unethical, and fraudulent practices! This place shouldn't be in business if a 2020 car’s AC stops working a year after purchase. What type of BS is that. I am beyond fed up and ready to take action! More

I found a 2019 Chevy Silverado on Car guruis for one price get to dealer sticker has different price then I showed them the ad so they said they would honor it. Terrible experience. I made an appointment to see, and test drive a car that was advertised on the Greenway Kia North website. When I arrived at the dealership, I was s I made an appointment to see, and test drive a car that was advertised on the Greenway Kia North website. When I arrived at the dealership, I was shown the car (Kia) which was on the lot in the back lot under a tree, dirty, leaves all over it and definitely not ready for a test drive. I asked the salesperson, why would a dealer advertise a vehicle that was not in any condition to be purchased. In response I was informed that the dealer could not sell that car to me because it was not ready to sell nor did it look like it was in running condition. I then was directed to another car (Chevrolet - Malibu) that was in the same or worst condition and definitely not ready to be sold. Discussion did not go well. I left the dealership. The next day. received a call from the dealership, I believed to be management, asking for another meeting and scheduled an appointment for 2:00PM the next day. Upon arrival, I was told that the individual with whom the meeting was scheduled had an emergency and had to leave. There was no record of our scheduled meeting and the dealership was not expecting me to show-up. I did not want to talk with anyone else and therefore left the dealership. This dealership can not be trusted nor do they operate in a professional manner. More
I was extremely nervous and anxious about getting a car, William was amazing he didn’t make me feel pressured he answered ALL my questions and informed me so much.
