My experience from beginning to end was exceptional. I arrive at Orlando Kia North on Sunday following News yrs. in a taxi. I called prior and spoke to Noel who told me what was on the lot ad an option.Noel greeted me outside with a friendly hand shake we sat and spoke briefly than he patiently and kindly showed me cars until I found the one I drove out with. He kept me on task and budget, Programed my phone with the cars hands free system ,made Sure I understood. Than let me fly like a mother bird. Great Service Experience I had taken my 2015 Kia Soul in for the first oil change and the service adviser told me about the service recall on my vehicle and said that it was f I had taken my 2015 Kia Soul in for the first oil change and the service adviser told me about the service recall on my vehicle and said that it was free of charge to fix, I also received a complementary car wash. The entire amount of time spent in the dealership was about 1.5 hrs and the car runs and looks excellent after that service. I would recommend this dealer to everyone. More
