A little over 5 years ago, I purchased my 2011 Kia Sorrento from Kia Orlando North which I had the pleasure meeting and having as my sales rep, George A little over 5 years ago, I purchased my 2011 Kia Sorrento from Kia Orlando North which I had the pleasure meeting and having as my sales rep, George Michalos. George was very friendly and even with him wanting to make a deal, he was very polite, laid back and made me feel comfortable. He ended up being able to get me the deal I needed and the vehicle I loved. (the only thing bad about that experience was one of the Finance Department men, he was rough, loud, and very rude! If it wasn't for George, I would of walked out without the purchase! Also, it helps when I go to get my oil changed at the dealership, he always remembered me and was so kind. Thank you George for helping me get my favorite vehicle yet. :-) More

Wonderful experience Two years ago I bought a Kia Soul. It was a hectic time, but Kia was able to get me approved for a car and I left with a car that in the last two year Two years ago I bought a Kia Soul. It was a hectic time, but Kia was able to get me approved for a car and I left with a car that in the last two years has taken my family and I up and down the whole eastern coast of the United States. We got a call last week and Kia wanted to make sure everything was ok. When I told them that the only thing I disliked about the car was the payment they said they may be able to do something about it. I left the dealership with a new car, a lower payment, and for the first time in over a decade the excited about a new car feeling. The staff was courteous and professional, without a trace of being overbearing or pushy. I don't think I could have had a better car buying experience. More
