Inside of an hour the problem was identified, but the two tires I needed were not in stock. I was offered a ride home but I asked instead if I could return after lunch the following day for installation. As promised, I was served immediately on my arrival the next day and had only a minimum wait. The waiting area is classy: wi-fi, coffee, generous snacks including Famous Amos products, and frequent updates from the service rep. I might add that it is very easy to make service appointments online, including specific details, and Noah had a copy of my issues in hand when I arrived. More

Took a few test drives, came back to this place I was looking for a new car. I had the Kia in mind, visited this place with a friend who also bought a car there earlier in the day. I visited a few other places but came back to this location. Worked, or should I say haggled, with Mani and considering the options I wanted he suggested spending some extra to get a nicer model. I am happy with the model I got, the Sportage SX. I visited the next day to transfer my tag and get the car detailed. I came and talked with Mani who was knowledgeable on how to set things up with my Bluetooth and the UVO setup. I was limited on time that day, so he offered to help if I had further questions setting up some the newer technology and invited me to come back when I had more time.
