I specifically asked for the technician to inspect motor and transmission mounts. Despite my request, that did not it happen. My car was misdiagnosed as having a leaking strut assembly. I was still charged a $291 diagnostic fee for an obviously incorrect diagnosis. I took it to another dealership that quickly and easily diagnosed a failing engine mount, as I indicated. I would like a refund of the $291 diagnostic fee that you charged me. I'm very upset and disappointed in the service I received at your dealership. It was either severe incompetence or a tactic to extort money from a customer. Either way, unacceptable for a large dealer like Greenway. More

Our new car had under 100 miles when we started noticing problems with shutting the doors. Jennifer responded in an immediate and proactive manner and did what she could to resolve the issue.
