I waited three hours for an oil change in the tire rotation, but I understand that it’s a busy service center. This was the same dealership that replaced my engine 2 1/2 years ago so when my engine light went on, I of course had great concern service advisor Adolfo aka Nick did a very good job in getting the new i 1/2 years ago so when my engine light went on, I of course had great concern service advisor Adolfo aka Nick did a very good job in getting the new issue with my engine light fixed with minimum discomfort. Nick has excellent customer service skills and I would highly recommend him as he did a very good job in spite of several obstacles. The automatic Text machine at the dealership should be revamped. I did not get my car in the shop for a week and the evening of my first encounter. I got a survey request and a car evaluation that I said I was not interested in and some progress wheel that never did work. These things are annoying and should be eliminated or at least updated and not be disruptive and repetitive. More
