Worst service ever. I took my car in for a re-call cause the battery wasn't charging all the way. They kept it 3days then told me "we will get you a rental". They said the car is ready. Picked it up and they had put 700miles on the car. Took it home and it still doesn't charge all the way. Oh by the way today I got a $72.25 charge (24.75of that was a service charge) for the tolls on the car that they paid for. What a joke. I called them both back and had them on a conference call where they both said it was my fault for the tolls charge cause it was in the agreement that they emailed to me. Car is still broken and I had to pay over $100.00 cause they charged me $37.85 for rotating the tires. I will never go back there for anything. More

Dropped off the car for a oil change and got it back later that day, and when we were out the car through a code, we asked if we could bring it back in and they said yes, so we brought it back on Satur later that day, and when we were out the car through a code, we asked if we could bring it back in and they said yes, so we brought it back on Saturday. They said it was the alternator. Josh was our advisor and it was very hard to get in Touch with him to figure out what was going on with our car. Heard nothing from him all weekend long, heard nothing on Monday, on Tuesday, we called a bunch of times got hung up on a few times, kept telling us Josh would call us back that no one else could help us and he never called us back. Finally called us on Wednesday. We got the car back and it threw the same code. Had to bring the car back again. They said they forgot to plug some things in. Horrible service for keeping us updated by Josh. Had a miss a few days of work, because I have no car. We felt like sense of urgency was not there on Kia‘s part and didn’t care about good service.
