I have been there twice and both times I had a friendly greeting and quick check in of my car. The first time was just a computer recall upgrade so it didn’t take long. The second time required me to leave my car and they made arrangements for a rental car for me. The agency picked me up and I returned the car at the dealership. They made it very convenient. The only thing that could have been better is that I had to call to find out about how long my car would be there. They told me that they had to order a part and that it might be several days. It wasn’t a big deal, it, I just wanted to have an idea of how long. When it was ready I got a call/text letting me know that my car was ready for pickup. Overall, I was very satisfied. More
