I came back to the sealer ship after the work was done due to they damage the seal of the panoramic roof when they work on it. Went for oil change yesterday and had to wait 2 hours past my appointment time. The complimentary car wash took an extra hour and because I complained so adviser told he jumped me on line. After the $30.00 oil change labor charge they charged me an extra $4.99 for storage and paperwork!!!! Plus $6.80 shop charges.
