It is refreshing to be able to take my car into the service area and not have to worry about misleading information. Chad takes the time to explain my options for each maintenance item that comes about so that I can make an informed decision about services and avoid taking unnecessary risks. My car always works better when I pick it up from the shop. In addition to the great attention to detail that is directed towards my vehicle, Chad has taken the time to get to know me and my family.
