Everyone was very pleasant and it felt unrushed. I took my older car in for an oil change and was met immediately, unlike other places I've been where I have to wait 5-10 minutes. When I first made the appointment it was I believe Shelby the one who helped me out. She did terrific she was able to make it smoothly. Now when i came in for my appointment it already said what it was for and instead of saving me 3 hours for them just to tell me that they didn't have the part. Especially because this was a recall for my trunk latch meaning if at any moment that springs open in the highway while driving to work and it results in an accident and I really dont wish for that. Honestly it would have been fine if I knew even an hour after but for the final 45 minutes my keys were at the table and the man that was helping me nowhere to be found. It could have been a shorter wait if your staff knew how to treat their customers correctly and honestly i knew i should have gone to Shelby because she was able to treat me with respect for me and my time unlike Carlos. If it wasnt for my car needing to get the trunk latch recall fixed I would never come back and honestly I was planning to see about a new car because of that recall but with how I was treated KIA is not for me. More
