I would very much recommend Orlando Kia East to all my friends and relatives.Our family has purchased three (3) cars from them since Dec.,2008. Our first was a used 2007 Kia Amanti, we drove it for three friends and relatives.Our family has purchased three (3) cars from them since Dec.,2008. Our first was a used 2007 Kia Amanti, we drove it for three years and loved every minute of it.In 2011, our son bought a new 2011 Kia Soul +, he now has 1700 miles on it and loves everything about the car and the dealership, as well as all the employees. He says they treated him like he was somebody special.In late Oct.2011 my wife and I traded our 2007 Amanti in on a new 2012 Kia Optima SX, and we are just crazy about it.We feel like "Family" there. From the sales staff, to the service dept, Chad Charlton in particular has been a real asset to Orlando Kia East. He goes beyond what you'd like to expect from your service advisor. He's honest, courteous,generous with his time and knowledge, and never makes you feel that what you have to say or ask is unimportant. We feel like we have a true friend in Chad! I was there this morning to have our first oil change service, and while ther I had occassion to talk with a young ma, I believe his name was Abdeil, he told me he was a lot porter. As always i have the best service with Chad, i don't hesitate to drive all the way from Altamonte Springs to Orlando to get my Kia Sorrento 2007 service. Chad has helped me take care of my car since I bought it in 2006. I am not a mechanic or knowledgible on car engines but he has taken time to explain what I need to know about my car without making me feel in 2006. His knowledge in customer service exceeds my expectations. He treats me like a close friend or even family member meaning my needs and his guidance in the service of my car are of utmost importance. He has lined out a 1-10 list for me as to what needs to be addressed at what time. Tho, I do like his theory of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"! He has great consideration of customers time. He gets you in and out as he quoted and if something unexpectated pops up he is quick to inform. Like many, I work, and my time and his scheduling are very important. I think Kia is very fortunate to have Chad as an employee and I hope they they award him with recognition, he more than deserves it. He is my Hero! More
