Wanted to charge other pieces in case the tech broke the ones that had to be removed. I was also given a $258 pricing for each injector. When researching on my phone, I found the same ones at $140. Labor pricing was presented at $200 per hour for 5 hours, way above average. The experience left me with an uneasy feeling as I felt I was being attempted to be deceived. More

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life! Brought my car for recall work under warranty. Had never had any major issues with the car until after the work they did at Greenway Kia East. After the "repair" the car kept having issues related to their shoddy work. Independent repair shop had to fix the problems because Greenway Kia refused to help me unless I paid huge sums of money out of pocket for issues that their incompetent technicians caused. Customer service is nonexistent here. The reps won't even give you their name on the phone. The repair rep wouldn't let me speak to the service manager, stating HE could only speak with the manager, not customers! WHAT? Rudest "customer service" ever, then had the gall to ask why we went to outside repair shop to get repairs done, claiming that only they can do maintenance on the car! Tired of going here, being charged a massive diagnostic fee, then told nothing is wrong, even after other shops write up what is wrong FOR them! Run, don't walk, away from this dealership. More
