Chad has serviced my car in the past so now when I bring it in for service I always ask for him. He has always seemed interested and concerned. His interactions with me have been very pleasant so I feel co it in for service I always ask for him. He has always seemed interested and concerned. When the car has been in for a length of time he calls me to update me on the progress. I feel that when I leave my car in his care that he will do his best to make sure the car will receive the service/repair that it needs. More
I had a transmission problem with my car and needed to have it towed to a dealership for warranty repair. Even though I work on South Orange Blossom Trail RIGHT BEHIND the dealership, I decided to bring i have it towed to a dealership for warranty repair. Even though I work on South Orange Blossom Trail RIGHT BEHIND the dealership, I decided to bring it to Orlando East as that is where I bought it from and they are the ones I trust. Sure enough, they helped me with a big smile, fully explained what was wrong with my vehicle and what they were going to do to repair it, exactly how long it would take and provided me a very nice rental so I could get to work. The very next morning, they called me just as they had promised and my car was fixed and ready to go. Due to my work schedule I was not able to pick it up until after the Service Dept had closed. They made arrangments with the sales dept for me to return the rental and pick up my car after they were closed which was extremely helpful. This is my 2nd car I've bought from Kia and due to the AMAZING service Orlando East has provided me, I am now a lifetime customer and do not plan on going anywhere else for a vehicle. I work for a very large automotive school and will definitely be bragging not only on the Kia product but on this particular dealership. :) More
The reason I gave the rating I did is because Chad knows what customer services is all about. He finds out exactly why you are there. He takes care of every problem I have with my car. He detects if something else is wrong besides what you brought it in for. He is about saving money and having the customer satisfied. He never lets you leave saying "I should have taken my car somewhere else." He makes you feel special because even if you are not having a good day, he makes you smile. And he is always smiling too! If something is wrong with your car, he tells you the truth. If this man can get a raise, I suggest it happens because he definitely earns his pay. He gets you in and out of there and not spend all day waiting for your car. If it is going to be a while, he informs you. I always ask for Chad because there is no one else like him. Its not that other staff is not courteous and polite, but Chad stands out above the rest! More

I have never received anything short of impeccable customer service from Chad Charlton ever since he started working at Orlando Kia East. His prompt and courteous demeaner makes one of the most irratating things to do (bringing your car in for service) not so bad. I know that when I call he is eager to listen and help in getting my car repaired and returned in the quickest time frame possible. This may sound funny, but I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years, and I feel that if more people had the customer service skills that Chad possesses, we would see much happier people on our roadways.
