Ed was fantastic and is the reason we keep coming back to our dealership. Ed understood exactly what we wanted, figured out how to keep our costs down by using warranty when possible, applying discounts since the maintenance would require having the engine exposed and reduced the labor of the individual jobs. I would very much recommend Orlando Kia East to all my friends and relatives.Our family has purchased three (3) cars from them since Dec.,2008. Our first was a used 2007 Kia Amanti, we drove it for three years and loved every minute of it.In 2011, our son bought a new 2011 Kia Soul +, he now has 1700 miles on it and loves everything about the car and the dealership, as well as all the employees. He says they treated him like he was somebody special.In late Oct.2011 my wife and I traded our 2007 Amanti in on a new 2012 Kia Optima SX, and we are just crazy about it.We feel like "Family" there. From the sales staff, to the service dept, Chad Charlton in particular has been a real asset to Orlando Kia East. He goes beyond what you'd like to expect from your service advisor. He's honest, courteous,generous with his time and knowledge, and never makes you feel that what you have to say or ask is unimportant. We feel like we have a true friend in Chad! I was there this morning to have our first oil change service, and while ther I had occassion to talk with a young ma, I believe his name was Abdeil, he told me he was a lot porter.
