I have been to several local Kia dealers and have had nothing but problems. Today I brought my 2011 Optima SX to Kia Orlando East for the first time and have never been happier with a dealership service nothing but problems. Today I brought my 2011 Optima SX to Kia Orlando East for the first time and have never been happier with a dealership service center. I worked directly with the service manager Mr. Kyle Williams and he was honest and straight forward with what needed done on my car and didn't try to up-sell services that were not needed. I pass 4 Kia dealerships on my may from my house to Kia Orlando East and I will now go nowhere else. My car had a rather serious turbo problem and he knew exactly what to do and had the car in and fixed within one hour which was very impressive. I decided to go ahead and have an alignment and oil change done after the car was fixed. They were quite busy but the alignment and oil change took only another 45 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the service and work done to my car. I will not trust anyone else to service my 2011 Optima SX from now on. More
Worst experience EVER! I had so many issues when signing my deal. I went into the dealership in Feb 2011 to shop for cars. I purchased my 2011 Kia Optima on 3/2/11 ... I ended up having to sign my deal 3 di my deal. I went into the dealership in Feb 2011 to shop for cars. I purchased my 2011 Kia Optima on 3/2/11 ... I ended up having to sign my deal 3 different times. Now I had a horrible experience but the dealership tried to fix it by giving me a bunch a free oil changes which I never used. Well fast forward til March 2013. I go in and get my tires changed and few other things done. I spend nearly $1500 on my car. I was fairly satisfied with the service, until one of my tires popped and I called in regards to any warranty on the $105.00 tire that cannot be used. I was told by the smart @$$ advisor that should call my insurance company. Hmmm call my insurance company and pay $500 deductible for a $105 tire... So when I asked to speak with his manager he proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and left a message for the service manager. I still haven't gotten a call back so I ended up having to call Kia Corporate Offices and file an official complaint. All they want is your money and they don't care what they do to get it. Once they have it they treat you with complete disregard. Go to Deland Kia they will treat you better. Any Kia dealership in central Florida is owned by the same company and they will treat you like garbage!! More
