I went in for an oil change and I was treated really great I called for an appointment and was fir right in on the same day. Stay away Customer service reps rude. The dealership does not have enough personnel working on Saturday’s. It takes forever to get service performed I.e. 3 hour Customer service reps rude. The dealership does not have enough personnel working on Saturday’s. It takes forever to get service performed I.e. 3 hours for an oil change and if they through in a free car wash added another 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I have recalls that they say it will take all day to preform ( for them) so now I need to find away to drop off my vehicle, even though Zi have an extended warranty that is suppose to provide a replacement vehicle. BTW the extended warranty is WORTHLESS More
