Darryl Barksdale has not worked for us in quite some time. Also, we do offer loaners for Genesis customers by appointment and we never charged for a wash after service for any vehicle. Is it possible that you took your vehicle to another dealership? This does not sound like an experience that you would have had here at Orlando Hyundai.
