Fantastic buying experience with Suzie This was my 2nd purchase from Orlando Hyundai and also the 2nd time I dealt with Suzie. I came in to test drive 2 specific Tucson's and trade in my El This was my 2nd purchase from Orlando Hyundai and also the 2nd time I dealt with Suzie. I came in to test drive 2 specific Tucson's and trade in my Elantra. Both cars were available and Suzie let me have all the time I needed to look at the car in detail. The entire dealership is very friendly and creates a relaxed, non threatening and stress-free atmosphere. The buying process was super easy and fun. Suzie listens to what the customer wants and needs and doesn't push any particular car or term ( buy / lease ) on the buyer. There is no hardball haggling or any nonsense. Going through financing was a breeze. Do they try and sell extra stuff ? Yes of course, it is sales after all, but as an adult one has learned to say *yes* or *no* where warranted and there were no pushy 2nd tries or making me as a female solo purchaser feel stupid or guilty. Afterwards Suzie took the time to show me how some of the functions on the touchscreen work and actually literally helped me set up my phone, radio and the navi system. I can absolutely recommend this dealership and Suzie to assist you with your purchase, I'll definitely be back when the time comes to trade up. Thank you Suzie, I love my new Tucson :) More
