Terin made everything seamless and answered all our questions. No haggling or anything, just upfront pricing and that was appreciated. The only thing that I was a little turned off with was the fact that the initial deal that I thought I was coming in for was no longer available. I did not realize that sales changed that quickly and that was a little annoying that even though I had an original email in hand with my conversation with Jerado stating the sale, it could not be honored. Just a little tip, if your advertising a certain deal, especially on television, run that deal until its expiration date as previously stated. Dont change it a week before the expiration date. That makes it unbelievably frustrating and may sway my decision next time to continue with Hyundai. But overall the staff was awesome. More

3+ Hours I scheduled an early appointment because the last time I came to get an oil change the wait was 4 hours even with an appointment. Flash forward to I scheduled an early appointment because the last time I came to get an oil change the wait was 4 hours even with an appointment. Flash forward to today and I'm waiting again. Two days of work missed for nothing. I would not recommend this service station. You could buy a car faster than they can change the oil. More
