The service tech that handled my recall repairs was very nice. My wait time had been given as 2 hours, but it turned out to be only 1 hour and 20 min. While the wait area had very comfy chairs, the music co nice. My wait time had been given as 2 hours, but it turned out to be only 1 hour and 20 min. While the wait area had very comfy chairs, the music coming from sales area was loud and annoying. I was happy to learn the tech had done an all-over inspection which revealed an item that needed action soon. Thank you, Tyler! More

DO NOT BUY from this dealership After 3 hours of negotiating - leaving table over and over - we agreed on a number Always take a photo of the negotiation paper bc I left without anything he I discu negotiating - leaving table over and over - we agreed on a number Always take a photo of the negotiation paper bc I left without anything he I discussed so I don’t have proof. I see how they wear you down that all you want to do is get out of there . I am still waiting on the matts he promised. They have been mailed 2 times per him. Finance manager changed the numbers and add extra “warranties” that we never discussed! Gave me paperwork in a Flash Drive!! Thank God I opened it and found his deception!! How many other people has he up charged and they never open the flash drive and are not aware. When I went back to ask him to explain the numbers and remove the extras he put on. He removed the $1400 I was charged for oil changes for year 4-7!!!! When I said I will probably remove the extended warranty - he got mad and said then I’m also removing the extra $600 I gave you for your trade in. WTH !! I later found out that he makes lots of $$$ for these add ons. He never could explain the over sticker price! He said talk with your salesman I later called to cancel the extended warranty and was disconnected!!! Again ! How many people are being scammed ? More

I took my 2019 Hyundai Kona in for routine maintenance but I also had a concern about an unusual vibration while the engine was running. Logan knew right away it was the engine mounts. Logan told me since I am the original owner the replacement would be covered by the warranty. I am totally delighted with my service experience and will continue using Greenway Hyundai Orlando as my service dealership. More

The owner Ken is so friendly and helpful, he actually talks to customers and listens if they need help. Managers like Berk also go above and beyond to help if you have any issues. When you shop there you feel like family and they do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy and get the best deal. My newest car is the 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid and I love it. The service department is top notch and I highly recommend them! Jorge in the finance department will help you get the best deal and is always available if you have a question or concern, even if it isn’t finance related. Woody is the man to see to get you in the car you want if you are buying . He is friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. He works with you to get you exactly what you want at the price you want. The awesome ladies who get you a loaner if you have your car serviced are also so helpful and friendly and they put out great snacks if you are waiting or shopping. If you are looking for a car or need your car serviced give them a try, you will be a return customer! More

As a documented domestic violence survivor who has legally rebuilt my life with a new protected identity (issued by Social Security Administration) my experience at Greenway Hyundai Orlando was not ju legally rebuilt my life with a new protected identity (issued by Social Security Administration) my experience at Greenway Hyundai Orlando was not just deceptive - it was traumatizing. I had a perfectly functioning vehicle and NO intention of buying a car. I only visited due to their promotional mailer promising "EVERYONE GETS APPROVED" with "NO DOWN PAYMENT NEEDED." What followed was calculated manipulation: Without authorization, they ran my credit 8 times during my first visit using third-party representatives, not dealership employees. After seeing my distress, they used my situation of having new credit to pressure me into a deal, claiming 8.19% was a "really good rate." Only because of this perceived "opportunity" did I surrender my working vehicle and sign with Hyundai Motor Finance. Between December 6-20, they damaged my newly established credit with 14 unauthorized hard inquiries, many to the same lenders multiple times. This significantly impacted my credit score, making it harder to rebuild my financial life as a survivor. Two weeks later, they called claiming I needed to "resign registration paperwork" but instead took the car, saying Hyundai Motor Finance needed identity verification. Everything was approved to my knowledge - I'd even paid for new tints. There was never any mention of conditional approval. If I'd known, I would have never given up my previous car. The sales manager acknowledged poor communication from Finance Manager Aaron and arranged an Enterprise rental under my name, paid by the dealership (I covered the deposit). On December 20, while awaiting Aaron's call, I received alerts of 6 more unauthorized credit pulls. When questioned, Aaron said the owner Ken was responsible. If I was already approved pending verification, why seek new approval? They then offered a new deal at 16% interest with Ally Bank (who they'd already submitted to without authorization on December 6). Most disturbing was their Finance Director falsely accusing me of fraud despite having documentation proving my legitimate identity change through proper legal channels. He treated me with hostility, made threatening gestures, and created a public spectacle - retraumatizing someone they knew was a protected individual. They still haven't returned all my personal belongings from the vehicle and wrongfully detained an Enterprise rental in my name and on my credit card. This experience was particularly troubling as they exploited my situation of rebuilding credit under a protected identity. They damaged my credit with unauthorized inquiries, pressured me into surrendering my working vehicle, then made baseless fraud accusations despite having documentation of my legal identity change. Every account on my credit profile was legitimately opened after receiving my new Social Security number through proper channels. Their actions violated consumer protection laws and potentially compromised safety measures put in place by law enforcement and the State Attorney's office. The dealership's conduct shows a pattern of deceptive practices, unauthorized credit pulls, and hostile treatment - but worse, they revictimized someone trying to rebuild their life legally and safely. I have filed formal complaints with victim protection agencies, BBB, CFPB, and FTA. Besides leaving me carless, I was humiliated, mistreated, victimized, and wrongfully accused by Finance Director Riadh Elksibi. I will seek justice and bring lots of awareness through my social media outlets as I refuse to be revictimized or falsely accused because they want to cover their fraudulent mistakes. More
