Excellent Service When I arrived at the dealership for my appointment, it was very crowded. John was my service person. He admitted that it was busy that morning but When I arrived at the dealership for my appointment, it was very crowded. John was my service person. He admitted that it was busy that morning but told me the oil change and recall repair on my 2017 Azera would take about an hour. Even when I called a couple days later with concerns, he told me I could come back at any convenient time for me and was eager to help. Barry, the service tech ( I think it was Barry! ) was also awesome. My car was doing odd things and they totally solved the mystery. They could have just sent me away saying it was fine and I was overreacting... but they put in the extra effort and my car is running perfectly.
